Week 4 - Mindful interactions

Learning to find a moment of calm, while 'on the cushion', is the easy part (but please keep up the core practices, every day).

Now we have to find ways to stay calm when others around us challenge our equanimity. This week we start looking at personal interactions.

We're adding another simple practice here, on mindful hearing. You might also want to look at the add-on course on mindfulness at work.
