Week 4 - Mindful interactions
Learning to find a moment of calm, while 'on the cushion', is the easy part (although it may take a while to start feeling the tranquillity arise!) So it’s important to keep up the core practices, every day.
Now we also have to find ways to stay calm when others around us challenge our equanimity. So in this section we start looking at personal interactions, emotional intelligence, and the core practice of kindness.
