Week 1 - how to practice & mindful breathing

We start with the simple but lifelong practices of mindful breathing. Combined with mindfulness in the body, these are your core skills, and practicing every day for at least 6 weeks, is the key to changing your brain!

I suggest that you download the 5 and 10 minute audio tracks, and listen to these in your quiet practice time every morning and evening.
