Mindfulness sessions for USW

Welcome to this landing page. The mindfulness sessions are accompanied by the online materials in the 6-week Foundation Course, to which you have free access.

Whilst I understand that you might not make every session, I would suggest that you follow the course week by week as in the online resources, practising every day. Research shows that it's regular repeated practice that creates long term improvements to the way you handle stress and challenges.
