Breathing - one mindful minute
Breathing is always available to us as the simplest way to tune in to the here and now.
There are many techniques using the breath as an object of meditation, but the best advice is simply to observe what the body is doing in its breathing, without changing it.
A step on from this is to lengthen the out-breath, which can help you to relax.
You can spend an hour meditating on your breath, or three seconds - both are great!
